Starting a new app: blank, or from your library
Every app in Axiomers starts with the same small dialog: a name, a short description, and one decision — start blank, or start from something you've already built.
Blank is exactly what it sounds like — no collections, no fields, nothing pre-built. Good for a workflow that doesn't look like anything else you run.
From your library is the faster path once you have it. If you've already built something similar — say, a quiz app for one client — you can start the next one from that exact structure instead of rebuilding it field by field. It's not a locked-in copy either: once the new app is created, it's fully yours to change. Add fields, remove views, rewire actions — the template just saves you the first hour of setup.
This matters more than it looks like at first. Most teams don't build one internal tool and stop — they build one for inventory, then one for field reports, then one for approvals. If every single one starts from zero, that first-hour setup tax adds up fast. Reusing a library entry means the second and third app take minutes, not an afternoon.
The gallery behind the dialog is worth a mention too — every app you've already built shows up there with its status (active, private) at a glance, so starting a new one never means losing track of what you've already got running.
